PPC's quality system is reviewed by management and records are maintained.
ISO 9001/9002 - Management Review
The President, Managers and Quality personnel meet on a regular basis to
review the status of the Quality System.
This management review is conducted using the results of quality reports, quality audits,
customer complaints and cost of quality reports.
The Quality Assurance department will coordinate management and departmental reviews, keep
minutes of the meetings and document corrective action requirements.
Records of system reviews are maintained by Quality Assurance.
Responsibility, completion dates and milestones will be assigned for all action items.
